I think I owe some explanations and apology for a quite long break in blogging.
It was a hard time last month for me and my 7-months-baby. There were some
complications with pregnancy and we had to spend 2 weeks at Maternity Hospital.
After everything came back to normal, we were sent back home and back to
a normal life - finally! Here are some photos of me and my Spanish friend from
work - Ana. Ana is a mature woman full of life and energy. She always plans
our meetings and keeps me entertained - thank you Ana! We met last Wednesday
in the city centre. After walk, we went to my favourite coffe house for cappucino
and carrot cake. This this a place, where you can find me in my free time. I feel
there almost like at home..:-)

Boat Shoes...On Belmont Street, Aberdeen
Modern boat shoes were invented in 1935 by Paul Sperry after noticing his
dog's ability to run easily over ice without slipping. Using a knife, he cut siping
into his shoes' soles, inspiring a shoe perfect for boating and a company called
Sperry Top-Sider. Sperry Top-Siders are still a popular brand of boat shoe
today, among many others, including Sebago and Timberland. Boat shoes called
also Deck Shoes are worn today also by a woman as presented on the photo above.
Wearing them it doesn't mean to be super rich and have a boat. They are just icon
shoes like loafers, adapted in normal casual life.
I think that this girl looks absolutely sweet in this flower printed dress, wearing it
together with hoody and boat shoes. It's just a simple look, but very unique.

Black&White....On Belmont Street, Aberdeen
I am a big fan of black&white outfits, couse they are always classy and everyone
looks good in it! Plus red lipstick - this is my favourite colour which I wear mostly
all year. In summer- electric glossy red, in winter - dark matte. That's why I love
her image even more :-) Pretty Girl!!

Navy Blue....On Belmont Street, Aberdeen
This photo was taken a month ago. I remember that I noticed this woman from
a very long distance - her white hair were shining in the sun like a star! :-)
Plus I liked her combination of navy blue and white colour - different tones
matched perfectly. It seems to be simple outfit, but who can make it like her??

Oldschool Bike....Outside City Council, Aberdeen
Oh, I am a big fan of bicycles, my husband even bigger than me. I love especially those oldschool one,
which remind me my childhood spent in Poland - priceless times! Following my sentiments, I bought
a Dutch-type bicycle 2 years ago, here in Aberdeen. Unfortunately, after a few months gears got
broken and I had to give it back to the store. Since that moment I haven't bought a new bike yet..
Probably the perfect model for me hasn't been designed yet! :-)
Here you have a picture of me and my burgundy city bike:

The Tourist...St.Nicholas Square, Aberdeen
When I first saw him, I asked myself question: "Where da hell is he from?!" ;-)
I suspected him to be from the past - middle 80s or 90s. He flew to city Aberdeen directly from Olimpic Games to return the old-fashion and became a live model and the most popular human being in the world. But I was wrong..He was just a belgian boy..But you know what? I totally like his look: I like his pince-nez, white hat and those super comfy red long socks! He rocks!! ;-)

Classic Minimal...On Little Belmont Street, Aberdeen
It's time to come back to our dear citizens after so many positive emotions taken
from Aberdeenshire Fashion Week. Weather is getting better and better and more
people decide come out from their caves and get some sun and positive energy.
I'm just wondering "What is the best receipt for spring outfit?".
I would go in two ways: Colourful Bomb or Classic Minimal like this one presented
on the photo above. But both ways need layers - cardigan, jacket or blazer just
in case when the weather changes - couse it changes a lot in Scotland - and sunnies
- colourful, small, large, black or whatever. Sunnies always look cool and protect us
from getting new wrinkles;-)
