March Hare Market....Boys Brigade HQ, Crimon Place, Aberdeen

The March Hare Craft & Vintage Market is a regular monthly market in Aberdeen.
I went there last weekend for the very first time and I was nicely surprised that we have such an interesting market in Aberdeen. The market features an eclectic selection of stallholders from vintage fashion to handmade furnishings. It's a free event and doors are open from 11am-4pm. I'm pretty sure that I will visit the market next month! Join me!

And this is one of my favourite buyers:

Sea Breeze Crafts

All the goods are handmade by The Author - Kasia K - with Eco- friendly jute - very durable fiber with a beautiful, natural look. As she says about herself: "I love nature and I'm the happiest when I'm surrounded by it".
Jute fibre is 100% bio-degradable and recyclable and thus environmentally friendly.
It doesn’t need pesticides or fertilizers to grow. It is one of the most versatile natural fibres that has been used in raw materials for packaging, textiles, non-textile, construction, and agricultural sectors.

FP at Street Market....On Belmont Street, Aberdeen

Summer events in Aberdeen are the best moments to have a great time and
buy some interesting stuff. I love the whole idea of continental atmosphere
and food tastings. Fortunately thiswasn't the last market on Aberdeen's streets!
Next one starts on Friday the 2nd and will last 3 days! Brilliant!
Here are some photos form the last street market on Belmont Street.

All Black...On Belmont Street, Aberdeen

I love Asian looks! Asian people always look so sweet and cute and their fashion
is so specific and unique, don't you think the same? :-)

Friends...On Belmont Street, Aberdeen

That's a funny story about them, couse I've seen them once, but they were
too far away from me and I couldn't run after them couse I'm very pregnant :-)
But fortunatelly I met them second time and this time I didn't let them go!
They are friends from Slovakia, probably living here in Aberdeen. I really
don't know how to name their style, but this dark colours and minimalistic
forms look great  and it's an advantage to have your own style in times of
consumption and duplication.

Ladies...On Schoolhill, Aberdeen

I love both of them! Even they look completely different, it was easy to notice
that they are good friends and they were having a great time together.
Personally, I prefer the style on the left side, but the other is also interesting -
I would say: "innovative" :-)
Would you like your Mum to follow any of these styles?

Back To Life...City Centre, Aberdeen

I think I owe some explanations and apology for a quite long break in blogging.
It was a hard time last month for me and my 7-months-baby. There were some
complications with pregnancy and we had to spend 2 weeks at Maternity Hospital.
After everything came back to normal, we were sent  back home and back to
a normal life - finally! Here are some photos of me and my Spanish friend from
work - Ana. Ana is a mature woman full of life and energy. She always plans
our meetings and keeps me entertained - thank you Ana! We met last Wednesday
in the city centre. After walk, we went to my favourite coffe house for cappucino
and carrot cake. This this a place, where you can find me in my free time. I feel
there almost like at home..:-)
